The report from the Feb. 15 Lampasas Cattle Auction follows. Cattle and calves: Estimated receipts 370 compared to 430 last week and 965 last year. Compared to last week, feeder steers and heifers $8-$10 higher; slaughter cows steady; and slaughter bulls $3-$5 higher. 82 percent slaughter cows and bulls accounted for 18 percent.
