Efforts from the state of Texas to secure the southern border with Mexico via Senate Bill 4 legislation have been placed on hold by the Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.The Fifth Circuit blocked SB 4 from becoming law in the late hours on March 19, the same day that saw the Supreme Court allow Texas to begin enforcing the law.Originally, SB 4 was to become effective on March 5.
