The Kempner Water Supply Corp. released a statement to members on Thursday, saying the water supplier would be reducing drought restrictions.
On Wednesday, the KWSC Board of Directors voted at its monthly meeting to return to stage 2 water conservation efforts, effective Jan. 1. KWSC members have endured at least stage 3 or more stringent drought restrictions since April 2023.
