Lampasas County 27th District Court convened last week with Judge John Gauntt presiding over the day’s hearings.Defendant Joshua Ryan Diederich of Lampasas pleaded guilty to a charge of assault on a family/household member with a previous conviction, and he received eight years’ deferred adjudication probation.
