Central Texas Water Supply General Manager Lee Kelley said repairs to the plant’s two lower intake pumps are advancing, and he expects one pump to be completed and operational within the next two weeks.
CTWS, which delivers water to Lampasas through the Kempner Water Supply Corp. lines, has been unable to reach its production capacity since flooding affected the pumps in late October.
